I’m currently in the middle of Neil Cole’s Organic Leadership which stresses many of the same points and I am also very challenged by them. I think Neil’s frustration with the way things currently are, while often legitimate, sometimes gets in the way of his message. My guess is that Reggie stresses the positive a bit more which is probably a good thing – but I’ll have to read it to find out. God Bless!
